Yes. ReadySight™ robots work only with a service plan. This covers the LTE cell service as well as the cloud storage and management of your video.
All monthly service plans require a one-year-minimum contract. If the Responder or Everyday plan service is canceled before the end of the one-year contract period, users will pay a $299 cancelation fee.

Yes. Virtually an unlimited number of people can watch the video live over the internet with a web browser, and authorized people with the app can watch and control the robot in real time.

We can’t disclose this currently, as we are still going through the certification process – but let’s just say that if you haven’t heard of them, you probably don’t have a smartphone.
We are currently taking reservations with $49 down, and we will ship our first units at the end of Q2 2022. Of course, things may change if we hit any snags, but we’ve done this before and we’re pretty good at making robots. If we do have any delays, we of course will notify our reservation holders.
No. The robots are very secure, so you cannot replace the internal SIM, as every robot has to be authorized on our servers. If we don’t recognize the SIM, we won’t stream the video.
Yes, it is 100% refundable until your robot ships. Then it will be applied to the “robot cost” for the plan you choose.
The “robot cost” displayed is based on the plan you select. This is based on a full-year minimum subscription to the Standby, Responder, or Everyday plan.
There are zero additional fees. You pay only the cost of the robot and the monthly plan.

No. All you need is a smartphone (Android or iOS) and our app. Support for web-based commands from desktop is coming soon.
Yes. If you and a partner each have a robot, you can switch between each view within the app. If there is an incident and multiple robots are deployed, all of those views will be accessible via your app or web browser.
Yes. These networks are regulated and are intended for certain personnel. We will have to verify your qualifications before activating the expanded network capabilities.

Yes, our service is secure. Data is encrypted from end to end in transit and when it is at rest in the data center. For the Responder plan, we conform to federal standards for secure communications and the collection and storage of evidentiary data (CJIS).
